A good read. I'm so pleased for you being on the right path now, even though Crohn's will always be there.

I was beginning to think of going down this route, as the pains lately have been so bad, but my doctor has finally agreed something is wrong and is going to try treating me on Infliximab (Remicade). I'm hoping it works.

Hi Susan, is the Remicade working for you?

Hi Vern i have just had my third loading dose and it seems to be helping, especially in reducing the stomach cramps. although the normal plan is now to go every 8 weeks my nurse practitioner wants every 6 weeks due to my complicated history with crohn's. I'm just hoping in the long term it really does help.

I'm so glad it's working for you. I started out at 8 weeks and then 6. Fingers crossed it keeps working!
